After communicating with Feed the Children today (the organization we were going to be obtaining the food from for our “We Care” outreach on the 27th) I found out that we will not be able to do the “We Care” outreach as originally planned. The “We Care” outreach was going to involve distributing boxes of food to designated areas in Hanover following the service on May 27th. Even though we are not going to be able to do so on that weekend we are still planning on doing something of that nature at some point this year and are working out of the logistics of that in the upcoming month. Although, there is some disappointment that we won’t be able to do this as planned I am trusting that this is God’s provision and that perhaps the timing was just not right.

In the meantime, alternate plans are being made for the wrap-up to the 50 Days of Prayer and Fasting and updates will be posted to the church website when they are known!
