Today’s focus is on those who are the “chiefs” in charge of the various public services in our community. They are the ones that often carry the burden of not only responding appropriately to situations that occur but also ensuring the safety of the workers attending to it. They are the ones who carry the burden of overseeing the day to day operations. They are the ones who take the blame when things go wrong.

And he said to man, ‘The fear of the Lord–that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding.’” Job 28:28 (NIV)

Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind? Job 38:36 (NIV) 

 Prayer Points:

• Pray that the wisdom of the Lord will be upon the “Chiefs” in our community.
• Pray that they will receive Jesus and accept His Lordship
• Pray that they will make right decision regarding the people and organizations they oversee.
• Pray for God’s protection over them
