There are a group of people we encounter that many of us never really think of. Mainly because the encounters are limited and intermittent. This group of people are the "anonymous" people. The person standing in line with us at the bank - the family sitting in front of us at the movie theatre - the older gentleman in the waiting room with us. There are another group of people that we often come into contact with in our lives that we usually don't give much thought to: The mailman, the grocery store clerk, the cashier at the convenience store, the pizza people, waiters and waitresses, etc. People we don't give much thought to that is, until the service they provide isn't up to our standards!
